So what can I say. Tomorrow is the Deadline to receive your Triptych ATC's and over 1/2 of them have not arrived yet. Nothing in the post yesterday or today. I think to be fair to all of the participants in the swap, I'm extending the Deadline to receive by Thursday August 1st, with the Drawing for the $25 Gift Certificate from Nancy Baumiller at Crowabout StudioB at DeviantScrap.com to be done on Friday August 2nd. I am sure most of you have already mailed them out, as our Postal Service up here is terrible at times, but for any of you that have not, please private message me so we can arrange to get them here! I learned a ton last year

doing all the ATC Swaps,

and had a blast!

This year we're going to do it

a little differently!

First off, the Theme....

Triptych Altered

Playing Card ATC's

That's right!!!

3 ATC's to make 1 Picture!

It isn't as easy as it looks! LOL!

I started out making my own

backgrounds on Playing Cards!

Then using Crowabout StudioB's

Graphics

I came up with a few Ideas :)

So that's the Theme for you

to be making

Tryiptych Altered Playing

Card ATC's

(and don't forget, if you use

Crowabout StudioB Graphics

that will count as 

2 Entries

in the 

Drawing at the Deadline!!)

Now, you need to make

2 sets.

( They can either be the same

or individually different

your choice :)

Reason?

1 set will go into the Swap 

to be Traded with 

Another Swap Artist's 

ATC Set!

The other set will be Traded

directly with me!

That's right! I'm making

a set for each of you as well!

So make sure you put your

name and info on the back

of all 3 of your Triptych

Hi Everyone :)

After the successful

Custom Digital Pet Portrait

Giveaway 

I have been trying to catch

up on some of my other

creative pursuits, that

these days I just haven't

been finding the time

to 'carve' out for myself...

(tee hee....pun intended :)

As most of you know,

the world revolves around

our Oliver Howard in our

home :)

( as it does around all of our other loved creatures

we share our home with :)

And the other day, I was

sitting at my art desk 

trying to channel my

mojo.....

what to do next....

So I dragged out my box of

stamp carving tools and 

materials and Walla!

Oliver Howard Stamp!

LOL!

Keep in mind, this is only

the 2nd Stamp I have ever

carved!

( remember last years orange slice? grin)

Oliver Howard has ended up

being a 4 x 6 inch big stamp!

Which I had to think of some

sort of backing, as he's so large

he needed something stiff and flat

to glue too....to sorry Mr. Tim Holtz,

you have sacrificed one of your

acrylic stamping blocks from my set.

Actually it worked Great!!

I used Bath/Kitchen Clear

Tile Caulking to glue it to

the stamp and let it set overnight.

Guess I'll have to think about

getting another set of Mr. Tim's 

Stamping blocks...grin.

I have also as always, 

been making ATC's in between

different projects.

I keep a big box full of bits and bobs

that you all have sent to me over

the past couple of years in our

ATC swaps, 

here's a couple of my latest,

that are already flying off

to friends...

This one was posted on Facebook

and I was Gobsmacked at all

the wonderful thumbs up and

comments! 

It is now living in Iowa with

a very surprised Facebook Friend

who admired it amongst all the 

wonderful comments.

(see, you never know what nice things can

come your way at showing a bit of kindness:)

And this ATC with again Bits and Bobs

from all of You 

and a little extra bit from one of our

wonderful pet birds :)

And I managed an afternoon

of play with a 

New Graphics Kit

I enjoyed this one, channeled
