before I Announce the Winners,

a Question to you all....

This September's ATC Swap

was met with some challenges

and frustrations with both

the Canadian Postal Service

and the U.S. Postal Service

in sending our ATC's back and forth,

and even getting them to accept

our Altered Envelopes.

I felt so bad that some of you,

( and lets face it, limited funds,

and limited time), made the

experience for some of us

a bit of a hassle.

For this I am sorry, as I am

continually having issues

with the Postal Service in 

my area.

Now that it's already mid-October,

and with the Holiday Season coming,

with many of you preparing for the 

Holiday Season, and limited funds,

and getting generally busier preparing

for the Holidays, but also the delays

and late mailing coming and going 

as I feel it is going to get worse by

mid-November, are you all still 

interested in doing another 

ATC Swap this year?
